Coleshill Town kicked off their Emirates FA Cup campaign in style with a thrilling 2–1 victory over Nuneaton Town in the Extra Preliminary Round at Pack Meadow. The win sends the Colemen marching into the next round, where they’ll face Pershore Town away.

⚽ First-Half Fireworks
The breakthrough came early, with Harry Sweeney rifling home a superb finish in the 13th minute, igniting the Pack Meadow crowd. But Nuneaton responded with intent, grabbing an equaliser in the 43rd minute to cap off a fiercely contested first half where both sides went all out for goals.

💥 Mandey Seals It with Flair
In the second half, Sweeney's quick thinking with a sharp thrown-in followed with his overlap of Ben Usher-Shipway and finishing with a smart cross to Bassit Mandey who restored Coleshill’s lead in the 58th minute, finishing off the slick move with precision.  His backflip celebration sent the home supporters into raptures and added a touch of flair to an already electric afternoon.

🛡️ Craven Commands the Back Line
Cameron Belford and Harry Craven were named Man of the Match for a superb defensive display, marshalling the back line with composure and grit. His leadership and timely interventions kept Nuneaton at bay during key moments, especially in the closing stages as Coleshill held firm.

🙌 Electric Atmosphere at Pack Meadow
A fantastic crowd of 410 packed into the ground, including a strong away following from Nuneaton that added to the occasion. The atmosphere was buzzing from start to finish, with both sets of fans creating a proper cup tie feel.
